the hotel restaurant was convenient and offered good food. the on-site bar provided entertainment. i found the location to be great , a short walk to broadway and other sights.
the valet parking felt expensive. the hotel charged a significant amount per night for parking. i felt they took advantage of the limited parking options nearby.

i loved that our room was so clean and tidy. the bed really was comfortable, a peaceful place to rest after long days. being at the hall's end meant it was very quiet.
i had some trouble getting service for our room once, it took some time. this meant a bit of delay, i hope it improves for other guests.

the location allows peace away from the hectic broadway area, this spot is only blocks away. it created a nice balance, a quiet retreat, i'd say.
